While on Hannity last night Ted Cruz said that an effective way to "drain the swamp" would be to institute term limits for members of Congress.

Do we really need eternal senators such as Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Dick Durbin (D-IL), and Lindsey Graham (R-SC)?
