US Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) |
But now that we are three weeks away from Donald J. Trump's inauguration, suddenly obstruction seems like a sound strategy to her as she explains to me and her other 700,000 constituents in her New Year's resolutions email,
Shakowsky would like to:
Be a fierce leader of the Resistance. Given the troubling and dangerous rhetoric that defined Donald Trump's campaign, and the growing list on unconscionable Cabinet appointments that he has made, it is clear that we must keep a watchful eye on our next President. We must form a Resistance on behalf of working men and women, religious and ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, LGBTQ individuals, and anyone elseFierce resistance? Where is the concept of the loyal opposition? In Schakowsky's leftist mind, apparently when her party is not in power, there can be no loyal opposition.
"Unconscionable Cabinet appointments?" I happen to heartily approve of most of Trump's staff picks.
If the name Schakowsky sounds familiar to you, it's because she is the husband of Democratic Party black ops practitioner, convicted felon Robert Creamer, who was exposed as having a link to organized violence at a Trump rally in Chicago last spring. Creamer was working with the Clinton campaign through Democracy Partners, a group he founded. Odd thing, Creamer's bio there omits his prison stay.
Even though Creamer is an ex-con, he visited the White House 340 times during the Obama presidency. That's a about once a week.Well, Obama did promise a new kind of politics.
Another Schakowsky resolution is to "maybe even get my dogs Eleanor and Franklin to stop jumping on people." Man, as I've said before, liberals politicize and ruin everything. Eleanor and Franklin! As in Roosevelt. Ugh. Why can't she give her dogs normal names like Max or Buttons.
Meanwhile, I will continue to my solid but polite resistance to Schakowsky and Creamer in 2017.
