While on MSNBC today US Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) said of his party "At the present time I have to say we have no strategy and we have no plan."

Then he added, "We have some proven leadership that can take into what's going to be a new era."

It appears that the Democrats deserve their minority status in Congress.
