Chiraq: 9 dead and at least 42 wounded over weekend

The first weekend in November was another bloody one in Chicago. Nine people were murdered and at least 42 others were wounded over the weekend. The first and last of those fatal shootings occurred in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side.

So far Chicago has 676 murders in 2016, there were only 494 last year.
