Nick Lowe: (What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding

The final track of Elvis Costello's Armed Forces is "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding," which was written by Nick Lowe, who produced all of the King's early albums. The original version, which is on New Favourites of Brinsley Schwarz, the group that "the Basher" was in before going solo, was meant to poke fun at the hippie movement, but ended up being taken much more seriously by listeners.

Watch as a seasoned Lowe performs his best-known song.

After all these years Lowe maintains that high tenor.
