(ABC video) Quid pro quo? Clinton Foundation donor appointed to sensitive intelligence board

America, do you want four years of crony capitalism and Chicago-style corruption?

Rajiv K. Fernando is a Chicago commodities broker who is also a major campaign donor to Democratic candidates.

But more importantly, Fernando is listed as a $1 million to $5 million donor to the Clinton Foundation, according to the group's web site.

And in 2011 Fernando was appointed to a sensitive State Department security board--even though he was unqualified.

Hillary bag-woman Cheryl Mills, according to emails anaylzed by Citizens United, pushed through Fernando's appointment.

Meanwhile Fernando continues to raise money for Clinton.
