Romney was right and Obama is wrong: Russian PM says we are in a new Cold War

In a presidential debate four years ago Mitt Romney said that Russia is our top geopolitical foe, which led our smug leftist president, Barack Obama, to mockingly reply, "the 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back because the Cold War's been over for 20 years."

Yesterday Russia's prime minister, Dmitry Medvedev, opined at a German security conference, "We have slid into a time of a new Cold War."
