From Doug Ross, ESCAPE FROM CHICAGO: An Illustrated Tale

Grant Park, Chicago
I left Chicago in 1999--for nearby Morton Grove. And the 1990s were a "good" decade for the soon-to-be fourth largest city in America.

Doug Ross and his long-suffering assistant, Biff spackle, have put contemporary Chicago's decline and fall into graphic form: ESCAPE FROM CHICAGO: An Illustrated Tale.

Spoiler alert: This story does not have a happy ending.
