On December 8, 1941 Obama would have apologized for America
The day after the Pearl Harbor attack, Franklin Delano Roosevelt spoke before Congress and called the Japanese actions "a day that will live infamy." If Obama was president he probably would have apologized for imposing an economic embargo on Japan and then blamed America for the sneak attack.
