Chiraq: 4 dead and at least 33 wounded over weekend

The dog days of summer are here--but the shootings go on. This weekend in Chicago four people were murdered and at least 33 others were wounded.

The week has gotten off to bad start. Someone was shot this morning on the outbound Kennedy Expressway--wreaking havoc at rush hour.
