The new jobless numbers are out. The unemployment rate dropped to 5.4 percent and 224,000 new jobs were created--but we need over 300,000 for meaningful growth to occur.
On the flip side, a record 93 million Americans are not participating in the work force. If you are a parent with a child in his 20s living in your basement--well, you're not alone.
