Chiraq: 3 dead and 8 wounded over weekend

Election Day is tomorrow in Chicago--and sadly, Chicago's violent crime rate isn't the top issue being debated by candidates. So I will bring it up this morning. Over the weekend three Chicagoans were murdered--and another eight were wounded.
