In this ad, the Bruce Rauner campaign looks back at Pat Quinn's political career, which began as a ghost payroller and a patronage chief for Gov. Dan Walker--who later went to prison.
Now Quinn, a Chicago Democrat, has his own scandal, the political slush fund know as the Neighborhood Recovery Initiative, which is under state and federal investigation.
