Illinois is America's biggest producers of pumpkins. Here is one Land of Lincoln pumpkin patch, Dollinger Farm west of Channahon in Grundy County. Yes, the ground is sloped, a rarity in northern Illinois. The farm is near the Illinois & Michigan Canal and the Illinois River.
