(Video) Lois Lerner refuses to testify about IRS targeting scandal

In a Super Bowl Sunday interview with Fox News' Bill O'Reilly, President Obama said there wasn't a "smidgen" of corruption at his IRS, even though it's very clear that the agency targeted conservative groups after the 2010 midterms that saw huge Republican gains in Congress and in the statehouses.

Earlier today former IRS official Lois Lerner again declined to testify to Congress about that targeting, invoking the Fifth Amendment of the US Constitution that the White House regularly tramples on.

What is Lerner hiding?
