(CNN video) Obama's approval numbers flatline, threaten House and Senate candidates

CNN tells us that President Obama's approval numbers have flatlined since autumn--they are stuck in the low 40s--which threatens Democrats in House and Senate races and that places his party's control of the Senate in jeopardy.
