(CBS video) Less ER use: Another ObamaCare goal won't be reached

One of the goals of ObamaCare was to shift the use of emergency rooms as the primary care facility for poor people--and instead utilize preventive care and less costly ER doctors.

Well, CBS tells us the opposite will occur. ObamaCare will mean more ER use by the poor.

It's time to repeal and replace ObamaCare.
