It's -2 degrees Fahrenheit in Chicago right now--wind chills could reach anywhere from -30 to -45. Over the next two days, the low temperature could plummet to -18.
But today the World Bank's long awaited online course, Turn Down the Heat: Why a 4°C Warmer World Must be Avoided, begins.
As with frostbite, the course is free.
It's time for me to drive to work. At my job I spend a lot of time outdoors.
Man oh man, I could use some of that global warming now.
