According to the National Republican Congressional Committee, more people have done or are doing these things--such as living in America past a 100th birthday--than have signed up for ObamaCare.

More people live in Cheyenne, Wyoming--the largest city in America's least-populous state, than have enrolled in the unpopular healthcare plan.
