Fox News Sunday: ObamaCare debacle--does Obama's so-called apology help?

On Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace's panel asked if Obama's lame apology helped him. The short answer is "no."

During the discussion, George Will offered this brilliant nugget of insight about the Obama presidency:

"Has there ever, with the exception of Richard Nixon in 1973," Will asked, "been a worst first year of a second term?"
