(CNN video) A week after launch, ObamaCare exchange still doesn't work

ObamaCare's online exchange went live a week ago--sort of. As CNN reports, the ObamaCare web site still is inoperable.

They are stalling until the republicans attempt to defund the AFA fail, then when theres nothing left to stop them the website will go live and the People will learn the truth about what obamacare will cost them
