House passes bill that defunds ObamaCare

Earlier this morning the House of Representatives, in a 230-189 vote, passed a stopgap spending bill that defunds ObamaCare.

Getting the bill through the Senate will be a challenge--and that is an understatement. But at least voters know, for the most part, where the Republican Party stands on the unpopular law.
