(Video) Carney walks back Obama statement that all members of Congress were briefed on NSA snooping

During Friday's painful (for him) statement about the NSA snooping scandal, President Obama said that all members of Congress were briefed on the scope of the federal government's intrusiveness.

But today, after being questioned by Fox News' Ed Henry, Obama's press secretary, Jay Carney, walked that one back.
