April jobless rate at 7.5 percent; labor participation remains at 35-year low

The nationwide unemployment rate went down from 7.6 to 7.5 percent in April. Good news? Maybe not. Once again, the labor participation rate remained at at 35-year low.

The Obama economy, such as it is, continues to limp along.
