Would North Korea be as bellicose if Obama wasn't president?

Since becoming president, Barack Obama has offered a vision of a weaker America--one that "leads from behind," whatever that means.

Now a 28 year-old North Korean brat, Kim Jong-un, is threatening America with a nuclear attack.

This would not be happening if either John McCain or Mitt Romney were president now.

Like Jimmy Carter, Obama projects weakness to our enemies.
