A senior Iranian military official said on Monday that the United States has orchestrated the nuclear crisis on the Korean peninsula.Technorati tags:
Hossein Salami, the deputy commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, said the U.S. triggered this crisis to claim that certain countries are not eligible to have access to nuclear know-how.
“The U.S. is seeking to inculcate this idea in the world that if certain countries gain access to nuclear knowledge, they will immediately go towards developing nuclear weapons,” Salami told reporters on Monday.
Salami added that the U.S. is making efforts to halt countries' scientific progress.
