From 10am until 4pm the gracious folks in the Whiteside County community will hold their annual birthday party for "Dutch."
Over in California--at 11:30am (Pacific)--there will be another birthday celebration at the Reagan Presidential Library--you can join in by viewing the live webcast. The keynote speaker will be Rudy Giuliani.
Back to the Midwest: You can "Win one for the Gipper" by joining the effort to save the only Chicago home of of the only president born in Illinois.
