For the third time in four days, a mob of striking Chicago Teachers Union members is disrupting downtown traffic during the evening rush hour, CBS Chicago is reporting.
The target of their rage is Obama crony Penny Pritzker. A TIF deal for a new South Hyatt Hotel has them, metaphorically speaking, scratching their fingernails on their blackboards.
