Jobless claims highest in five weeks

Obamanomics isn't working. Applications for new unemployment benefits rose by 4,000--to $372,000. The nationwide unemployment rate was been over 8 percent for 42 months--and remember, the White House promised that the number would not exceed that number if the Obama stimulus bill became law.
