Regular gasoline is selling for $4.34 at the BP station in Morton Grove. Problems at three area refineries and a pipeline spill in Wisconsin are being blamed for the pain.
Now, if we had more refineries and if the Keystone XL pipeline had been built-- with its southeastern terminus in Illinois--perhaps this price spike wouldn't have been so severe. Or there would have been no price spike.
Under Obama, we have an anti-energy policy.
And I'll be paying for it when I fill my gas tank tomorrow.
Mitt Romney favors the construction of Keystone.
If you want more of this insanity, then vote for Obama in November.
