Obama, after mocking Las Vegas trips, will raise money there today

Twice President Obama made derisive comments about traveling to Las Vegas. The tourist-based economy of Nevada is still suffering from a double-digit unemployment rate.

But Vegas is an okay place for the president to raise money. He'll be there today to do just that.

I have a question. Will Obama ever apologize for his gut-checks against Las Vegas?

Meanwhile, a powerful union in Nevada is threatening to sit out the election.
