Failure: Despite massive tax hike, Illinois still worst state financially

Last year Governor Pat Quinn and the Democrats in Illinois raised its personal income tax rate by 67 percent and its corporate income tax rate by 46 percent.

Before it did so, Illinois' fiscal health was the worst of the fifty states.

Afterwards? Illinois is still the worst.

The Land of Lincoln needs a Scott Walker.
