On Monday I wrote about a bill H.R. 1971, that Grover Norquist says "incentivizes" Medicare fraud. That bill's principal sponsor, Cathy McMorris Rodgers, now has introduced a companion piece of legislation, H.R. 4215, the Medicare Pharmacy Transparency and Fair Auditing Act, which the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste is urging other members of the House to vote "No" on.
This is surely a bad bill. My über-liberal congresswoman, Jan Schakowsky (D-IL), is a co-sponsor.
