Video: Boehner says Obama campaign should reimburse gov't for college campus rallies

President Obama made three trips to large college campuses in swing states to talk about student loans. He used Air Force One for these rallies that were campaign appearances in all but name.

In a press conference, Speaker of the House John Boehner said, "His campaign ought to be reimbursing the the treasury for the cost of this trip." He added, "This is the biggest job in the world, I've never seen a president make it small."
