Mayor in Biden's hometown orders Occupy Delaware out, says they desecrated gravesite of black religious leader

The Occupy depravity continues. The latest occtrocity comes from Joe Biden's hometown.

Wilmington Mayor James M. Baker today ordered members of Occupy Delaware to vacate Spencer Plaza, saying individuals at the tent encampment have desecrated the "sacred gravesite" of African-American religious leader Peter Spencer with public drunkenness, drug use and destruction of public property.

Spencer, who founded the A.U.M.P. Church, the first black independent Church in the country, is buried at the site along with his wife and six others.

The group must dismantle the camp site by May 1, according to a city news release announcing Baker's directive. Occupy Delaware has created a "public nuisance" that has prevented others from using the public space, Baker said.

"The city does not intend to preclude Occupy Delaware from the legitimate exercise of its First Amendment rights," Baker said in a statement. "But the indefinite seizure of public property is not protected speech."

I love that the mayor, a Democrat, wants the leftists gone on May Day.
