Obama' s Keystone XL October surprise?

On Fox News' The Five yesterday, liberal commentator Bob Beckel predicted that President Obama would approve the Keystone XL pipeline before the fall election. Since the president has to frack every dollar of campaign cash from his Hollywood environmentalist pals first, this sets up an "October surprise" opportunity for the president.

Could that momemtum propel him to a second term? It might.

Back to Keystone XL. With gasoline over $4-a-gallon in parts of our nation, it's a good idea to start digging now. Why wait to October?
