Romney wins Iowa Caucuses by 8 votes

Mitt Romney won the Iowa Caucuses by 8 votes, which is is only a couple of car loads of Iowans. Ground game can make a difference. Rich Santorum finished second, Ron Paul third, Newt Gingrich fourth, Rick Perry fifth, and the winner of August's Ames Straw Poll, Michele Bachmann, finished effectively in last place.
