Congress tables SOPA and PIPA

Both the House and the Senate will table their overreaching anti-piracy bills, respectively SOPA and PIPA. The internet is managing fine on its own--and the "kill-the-patient-to-defeat-the-disease approach is getting the fate it deserves, being put to sleep.
