Would you believe there is another Republican presidential debate tonight? Tune in to CNN at 8pm (7pm Central)--national security will be the topic.

Newt Gingrich will enjoy a home field advantage for this one--a Quinnipiac poll of Republican voters shows that the former House Speaker enjoys a significant advantage over his opponents in handling foreign policy. While a CNN poll of GOPers released yesterday finds that Gingrich is viewed as most-qualified to serve as commander-in-chief and that he's also the most likely to grasp complex issues.

This will be the first televised debate since Newt became a top-tier candidate. He'll learn that it's not lonely at the top--the focus will be on him.
