Mark Kirk on the Haqqani Network and a possible India alliance

Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL) does a superb job explaining the complicity between the Pakistani intelligence service, the ISI, and the terrorist Haqqani Network.



"In these times of government deficits and debt," Kirk says, "it may be time to cut the hundreds of millions of dollars we send to Pakistan."

Kirk proposes a new alliance with India.
