Paul Ryan presidential run?

The Weekly Standard is reporting this morning that House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan "is strongly considering a run for president."

The Janesville, Wisconsin Republican has a plan to fix the deficit. President Obama and the Democrats do not.
