The President Obama story is becoming so Jimmy Carter. Loyal Dems are bailing on him, although there is no Teddy Kennedy-type running against him in the Democratic primariers.
Pete DeFazio (D-OR) told an Oregon TV station, "At this point it pretty much depends on how far out there the Republican nominee is. You know with a respectable--someone who is a little bit toward the middle of the road--Republican nominee, he's going to have a very tough time getting re-elected."
And DeFazio thinks Oregon is in play for the GOP.
