Obama isn't focused on debt ceiling because he is out fundraising

Our fingerpointing president is relaxing at Camp David after a strenuous fundraising trip to Philadelphia.

His disinterest in fixing the debt crisis was a topic of discussion on Morning Joe two days ago.
