Boehner retooling debt-ceiling bill

While there is more support for Speaker of the House John Boehner's debt-ceiling plan than President Obama's plan--well, we know Obama doesn't have one, Boehner plans to retool his plan because of a rebellion among Tea Party House members and a sprinkling of Capitol Hill veterans, including Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-GA).

The Congressional Budget Office scored Boehner's plan poorly in the eyes of conservatives--it doesn't cut as much as the Speaker promised.

So he's tweaking his plan. Again, Boehner has a plan!
