Are you ready for another Obama czar?

The Obama administration has more czars than the House of Romanov. Are you ready for another one? Even if you are not, one more is coming, courtesy of the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau--a progeny of the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.

The US Chamber of Commerce explains. Checks and balances? Are you serious?
