Sen. Sessions wondering where Democratic budget is

On Thurday the White House will host a summit on the national debt. But according to the ranking Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, Jeff Sessions of Alabama, the Democratic-controlled upper chamber is "way behind" in regards to proposing a 2012 budget.
