Romney says repeal ObamaCare

This afternoon former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney will give an address where he will say he wants to repeal ObamaCare. Romney of course signed into law a Bay State version of it and pointed to the passage of the health care bill as proof of his executive acumen when he ran for president in 2008.

In USA Today, Romney has a preview of today's speech.

Will voters buy Mitt's argument? I have doubts.
