Although I was in downtown Chicago yesterday afternoon, I did not attend the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce luncheon where Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour spoke.
But at least one videographer was there.
First, Barbour makes a humorous quip about teleprompters, President Obama's favorite gadget.
Here the governor explains the dangers of runaway spending on the federal level:
Then he tells the business leaders that entitlement reform is essential, calling Obama "AWOL" on the issue.
Barbour, a likely 2012 candidate for the Republican nomination, has been speaking in Iowa since late yesterday.
