Last week I got the pleasure to meet Doug Ross at CPAC. He's taken a look at Obama's abominable budget and has come up with One Obama Budget To Rule Them All.In The Lord of the Rings,
the book that is, the seductive voice of Saruman was one of the fallen wizard's weapons. Someone else we all know has a similar melodic voice.
