Four states getting ObamaCare waivers

If ObamaCare is so great, then why is the Obama administraiton issuing so many waivers? Four states are the latest lucky recepients the New York Times says; they are Tennessee, Florida, New Jersey and Ohio. So far over 700 waivers, including ones given to business and Obama's favorite caste, unions, have been granted by the Health and Human Services Department.
